Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of ClientReports ("the Service"), operated by InnovativeLabs ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets marketing agencies connect their clients' Google, Meta and TikTok accounts with read-only access and view dashboards and reports. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

3. Connecting accounts

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access. If you connect an account on behalf of a client, you confirm you have the client's permission. You can disconnect accounts at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't try to access data you aren't authorized to see, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break any law or any Google, Meta or TikTok platform policy.

5. Data

You keep ownership of your data. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Report figures come from third-party platforms (Google, Meta and TikTok) and may differ slightly from those platforms because of timing, attribution or rounding.

6. Fees

If the Service is offered for a fee, the price and billing terms will be shown before you're charged.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, InnovativeLabs won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the Service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after changes, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
